Standard Guest Room Rate is $129+ applicable taxes and fees for single or double
$149+ applicable taxes for a triple
$169+ applicable taxes for a quad rate. All guestroom rates include complimentary self-parking for one vehicle per guest room in the underground 11th St. Parking Ramp. Guests must exit ramp by 6 pm on departure date.

Keep in mind that the MVMA Annual Meeting is not just an educational event, but also a networking opportunity! We recommend business casual attire. You may want to dress in layers, as meeting room temperatures can vary and be difficult to control.

Yes, they are the same event as of 2025! 

Cancellations must be made in writing to the MVMA office prior to Monday, January 6, 2025 for full refund, less a 10% administrative processing fee.
