Standard Guest Room Rate is $105+ applicable taxes and fees for single/double/triple/quad rate. All guestroom rates include complimentary self-parking for one vehicle per guest room in the underground 11th St. Parking Ramp.

Keep in mind that the MVMA Annual Meeting is not just an educational event, but also a networking opportunity! We recommend business casual attire. You may want to dress in layers, as meeting room temperatures can vary and be difficult to control.

While the MVMA Annual Meeting and the MAVT Convention are held at the same location with overlapping days, they are not the same event. Registering for one does not entitle you to attend the other sessions.

Cancellations must be made in writing to the MVMA office prior to Monday, January 15, 2024 for full refund, less a 10% administrative processing fee.
