Standard Guest Room Rate is $129+ applicable taxes and fees for single or double
$149+ applicable taxes for a triple
$169+ applicable taxes for a quad rate. All guestroom rates include complimentary self-parking for one vehicle per guest room in the underground 11th St. Parking Ramp. Guests must exit ramp by 6 pm on departure date.

Keep in mind that the Annual Conference  is not just an educational event, but also a networking opportunity! We recommend business casual attire. You may want to dress in layers, as meeting room temperatures can vary and be difficult to control.

Yes, they are the same event as of 2025! In years past, the two events have been held simultaneously and in the same location but offered separate education tracks with limited overlap in activities.

In 2025 it is a single annual conference—which includes a technician track planned in partnership with MAVT—gives veterinary technicians access to a broader pool of sessions and activities and offers an experience that is inclusive of all veterinary professionals. MVMA is looking forward to hosting an expanded Annual Conference, and we are excited to welcome you to Minneapolis in January 2025!

Cancellations must be made in writing to the MVMA office prior to Monday, January 6, 2025 for full refund, less a 10% administrative processing fee. No refunds after Monday, January 6, 2025.  Registrations are non-transferable. No refund will be offered due to an attendee’s inability to attend the conference due to weather conditions.

Saturday, February 1st                     7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
